More than ever before, there is a
great need to think in a wider way than just nationality
or race, because the world's problems are ours. TV
has trivialized the horrors of terrorism and war,
and they are not as far away as we prefer to think,
and can happen in our own backyards, at any time.
If and when they do, we would like others to think
sympathetically of us, would we not?
